Return policy

NOTE: Free returns are not offered. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the costs of returning the goods. If you are not satisfied with the goods you have ordered, you can return them within 14 days of receipt.

In order to return an order, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The order must be complete and in the same packaging in which you received it.
  2. Damage caused by negligent handling will not be eligible for return.
  3. Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before starting the return.
  4. If the product is found to be defective immediately after receipt, it will be eligible for return.
  5. The buyer will be charged the shipping cost.
  6. The return will be processed within 2-3 working days and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.

How retuning is done at Altira

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow the steps below to start the return process.

Send an email to: Make sure your email contains the following information:

  • Order number
  • The reason for your return request
  • Image of the defective product, if applicable
  • Your full name as a customer
  • Your address as a customer

We will then contact you and give you the return address.
Please do not send the return directly to the sender!

A. CONDITIONS FOR THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL Right of withdrawal The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, have received or accepted the last goods. As we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed quickly after they are placed. It is therefore not possible to interrupt the shipping process before delivery, and therefore a refund is not possible until you have received the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us, "Altira," of your decision to withdraw from this Agreement via a clear statement (e.g. by email). The right of withdrawal is considered to have ended when we receive the goods. The buyer must pay for the costs of returning the goods.

Returning goods in transit As our goods are sent from Asia, the transport times may be longer. If the goods are already on their way to you, it is not possible to cancel. Please wait until you receive the items and then send them back to us. You can of course inform us and notify us of your cancellation in advance. To ensure a prompt return, please send us a shipping label for confirmation.
